We are excited that your joining our practice.  It is our goal to provide you with the best dental experience you have ever had!  If you haven't had the opportunity to learn more about us, please take a few minutes to read about the doctors, our team and about what we do. We take pride in providing our patients with the finest in dentistry.  As a commitment to our patients both new and old we are continually updating our office to ensure that we are using techniques, materials, and methods that exceed industry standards.

We understand that you have a busy schedule, so we make every effort to run on time.  If this is your first visit to our office, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork or you can download and print the paperwork here so that you may fill them out at your convenience.

Your initial appointment will be 90 minutes long.  We will review your dental and medical history, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. You will have an opportunity to meet with Dr. Kelly or Dr. Henley so that we may have a chance to say hello and understand any dental health concerns that you may have.

One of our amazing hygienists will clean your teeth after which Dr. Kelly or Dr. Henley will review your x-rays with you and discuss your needs.
